PhD researcher and Specialist Registrar in Public Health, University of Southampton

I am a Specialty Registrar in Public Health with a clinical background, working in the Primary Care and Population Sciences Academic Unit of the University of Southampton, based at University Hospital Southampton, UK. Before embarking on public health specialty training I worked as a General Practitioner for 12 years. Currently I am involved with research investigating the links between coffee drinking and liver disease. I am also part-time clinical advisor to the Research Design Service which is part of the National Institute of Health Research.
