Rose O'Dea

I am a postdoctoral researcher in the Data Management & Analysis Team for the repliCATS project, and part of the MetaMelb Research Group at The University of Melbourne. I have a background in behavioural ecology, using systematic reviews and multilevel models to study behavioural variation. I care about improving the reliability of academic research, and co-founded the Society for Open, Reliable, and Transparent Ecology and Evolutionary Biology (www.sortee.org).
