Entomologist, Zoologist and Visiting Research Fellow, University of Leeds

Ross Piper is a entomologist and zoologist with BSc in zoology from Bangor University and a PhD in ecological entomology from the University of Leeds. His interests include understanding the ecology of insects, tropical insect diversity, exploration and communicating the diversity of animals. His latest book, Animal Earth, is an unbiased, cutting edge exploration of animal diversity. He has also been involved with various broadcasting projects as an on-screen expert and presenter.
