I am interested in identifying risk and protective factors to reduce alcohol-related aggression, with a particular focus on bystander intervention. Much of my work has focused on dispositional (e.g., adherence to traditional masculinity) and situational (e.g., peer norms) factors that interact with alcohol to predict violence against women, sexual minorities, and intimate partners.
