I am a political scientist, focused on comparative politics and public policy. Most of my publications are about European health policies, devolution in the UK, health governance, the European Union, and comparative federalism. I am Senior Expert Advisor on Health Governance to the European Observatory on Health Systems and Policies, a partnership of governments, universities, and the World Health Organisation.
