Sean Figgins

Dr Sean Figgins is a Senior Lecturer interested in the social psychology of groups. Sean's research focusses on leadership and group dynamics in sport and exercise settings. Specifically, Sean's research has looked at how leaders inspire followers, inspirational and effective leader communication, how team's can work with talented problematic players, and how leader's develop trust and identity in groups.
