I am a PhD Student and Team Leader for UNSW Australia's Robocup SPL Team. I have been part of the UNSW Australia team since 2011, winning the Standard Platform League Championship in both 2014 and 2015. My undergraduate thesis was focused on computer vision, in particular detecting the field lines on a soccer field. Most of my work in Robocup has been computer vision or infrastructure related.
My PhD research is focused on Reinforcement Learning. I am interested in how robots can learn to solve problems more efficiently and in particular, reuse knowledge across a variety of related tasks.
