Senaka Ranadheera is currently a teaching academic in the School of Agriculture and Food within the Faculty of Veterinary and Agricultural Sciences at the University of Melbourne. His research focuses on probiotics, prebiotics, dairy proteins and food quality and safety. He holds a PhD (Food Science) from the University of Newcastle, Australia.
