Associate Professor in gender and crime, Queensland University of Technology

My PhD is inHumanities but I also have degrees in philosophy and politics. I have been an academic at QUT since 2003 and my current research interests are, broadly, gender and crime. More specifically, I am researching romantic terrorism in domestic violence, everyday sexism and sexual assault. I have published t books" Sex, Crime and Morality (Routledge 2012), The Politics of Sex Trafficking (Palgrave 2013) and Sex, Love and Abuse: Discourses on domestic violence and sexual assault (Palgrave 2014).
