Postdoctoral Researcher, MRC-Centre for Virus Research, University of Glasgow

I have an academic research background in human immunology. I now work on emerging viral infections and their management, currently focused on Africa. I am interested in public health and infectious disease research in developing economies in Africa, South Asia, and particularly India. I believe health and environment is a priority that is sometimes only realised when things go downhill, both for individuals, as well as for economies. Through research and public engagement, we strive to make it a priority well before the deadlines.
