Sinta Dewi Rosadi

Sinta Dewi Rosadi is Professor at the Faculty of Law of the Padjadjaran University in Bandung, Indonesia. She conducts research in Cyberlaw, and in particular, in Information privacy issues arising with government agencies such as The Ministry of Communications and Information. She has worked in the drafting of, and as a resource person for, the Information Technology Law, Privacy and Data Protection Law, Freedom of Information Law and Convergence Law. She has written two books on Privacy : Privacy in E-Commerce and State Practice relating to Privacy Regulations. Areas of expertise: Data Privacy and Retention.
