Sofia Zambrano R.

Visiting Research Fellow, University of Adelaide

I am a Colombian psychologist and Postdoctoral Researcher at the Universitäres Zentrum für Palliative Care, Inselspital, Bern. I am also a Visiting Research Fellow in the School of Psychology at the University of Adelaide.

My research interests lie predominantly in the psychological implications of end-of-life care. Specifically, in the impact that death of an individual and the process of dying have on healthcare professionals, patients, and families.

I also have an interest on communication about death and dying, and I have explored this issue outside the healthcare context with the Food Values Research Group from the University of Adelaide.
