Sonia is an organizational effectiveness expert with a PhD in human and organizational systems and master’s degrees in human development and organizational culture. She first discovered her passion for giving voice to diverse communities as a freelance writer. Then she focused on creating healthy communities as a leader in the Minnesota and Georgia state health departments. Later, she was a global consultant for PwC. Today she leads an organizational improvement team at Georgia Tech.
