Stephen Green

Dr Stephen Green is a Research Fellow at CRESR. He specialises in housing policy and practice, and is particularly interested in the function and operation of the Private Rented Sector (PRS) in the UK. In recent years this has included a focus on the impact of changes to the welfare state and access to the PRS by low-income and marginalised groups. Steve also has an expanding research interest in how local authorities and voluntary organisations provide 'early intervention' housing, health and social support to residents.
