Professor of Wine Marketing, Burgundy School of Business

Professor of Wine Marketing and a researcher at Burgundy School of Business in Dijon., responsible for developing teaching and research programmes focusing on all aspects of the culture, history and business of wine. Formerly worked at Reims Management School and Edith Cowan University in Perth. A research focus on consumer behaviour, and wine and place (including terroir, wine tourism, and territorial wine management). Gained a PhD from Edith Cowan University in 2004, and one of 380 members of the Institute of Masters of Wine. Written and edited a number of books about the business and culture of wine (notably 'Wine and Society', Elsevier, 2006) and published in the Journal of Business Research, Tourism Management, the Annals of Tourism Research, the European Journal of Marketing, Consumption Markets and Culture and Marketing Theory.
