Suzanne Ross

Suzanne has over 15 years' experience in leadership development, high performance practices and talent management gained through roles in FTSE 100 organisations, including Talent Manager EMEA for Experian.

As well as being a part-time Senior Lecturer at Nottingham Business School, she is the owner of 2thrive Consultancy. 2thrive specialises in talent management, high performance practices and leadership development, with an emphasis on: helping leaders sustain their leadership success, managing leadership transitions, preventing derailment, leading through change, building Executive Resilience, Emotional Intelligence and developing female leaders. She has worked across Private, Public and Third Sector.

Suzanne is a qualified Executive Coach and Member of the International Coaching Federation. She is completing her Doctoral Research in Executive Talent, Success and Derailment at the Business School. She has a MSc (Distinction) in Training and Performance Management, specialising in Leadership and Management Talent in Multi-nationals, from the University of Leicester and a BSc (Hons) in Management Sciences from the Lancaster University Management School.
