Talitha Dubow is a researcher at UNU-MERIT and Maastricht University, where her research focuses on migrant decision-making, trajectories and reintegration, and the impacts of policies on these. Talitha is also completing a doctoral thesis on migrant decision-making in the Western Balkans. Prior to joining UNU-MERIT and Maastricht University, Talitha worked on research projects spanning innovation and entrepreneurship, civic engagement and political participation, and counter-radicalisation and violent extremism. Talitha holds an MSc in Public Policy and Human Development from UNU-MERIT/Maastricht University, and a BA in French and Spanish from the University of Cambridge.
