Reference and Processing Archivist, University of Richmond

I am the Processing & Reference Archivist at the University of Richmond, a faculty position held within Boatwright Memorial Library. I hold a MSLIS with an archives management concentration and a MA in History from Simmons University in Boston, MA. I have worked with archival records at a variety of institutions, including academic institutions, public libraries, and private religious archives. My duties at the University of Richmond include course instruction, researcher supervision, reference work, donor relations, archival processing, exhibit design, and more. My academic research focuses on subjectivity within archival appraisal and processing practices and its effects on research and historical narratives.
