My research focus is on nutrition education intervention, tools development and the public health. My PhD was an intervention programme, focused on quality of life (QoL), environmental and behavioural factors that influence healthy food choice and access among adults living with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). I am passionate and primarily focusing on physical, mental and social well being with the art of preventing disease, promoting QoL as well as improvement of the general well being of the vulnerable population. My current research on children, young people and their caregivers focused on public health issues particularly on mental health, physical activities, non-communicable disease and malnutrition in relation to academic performance of the psycho socially stress children.
