I have experience of working in the IT industry, social care, experimental psychology, and epidemiology. I have been doing health services research in the NHS in England for the last 7 years, and currently work at NIHR CLAHRC West, part of the University of Bristol and University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust. Most of my work involves large, routinely-collected and anonymized healthcare datasets, such as the English Cancer Registry, Hospital Admissions, or Electronic Medical Records from GP Practices in the UK.
