Timothy D. Lytton

Timothy D Lytton is a Regents' Professor and Professor of Law at Georgia State University where he teaches regulatory policy, administrative law, and torts. He holds B.A. and J.D. degrees from Yale University. He is author of leading books on gun violence, clergy sexual abuse, and food regulation, as well as dozens of academic articles on regulatory policy, civil litigation, and administrative law. He has served as a Research Fellow at Yale Law School and a Fellow in the Harvard Program on Ethics and the Professions. Lytton is an elected member of the American Law Institute.
