Tim is a Senior Fellow of The Higher Education Academy (UK Professional Standards Framework). He is an active teacher (school leadership) and researcher.
Tim has eighteen years teaching experience as a classroom teacher in primary schools, Head of Foundation Stage and Key Stage One (English International School, Qatar) and Health and Physical Education specialist teacher. He has also had eight years experience working full time as a teacher/researcher in higher education. Tim has taught and researched in the Middle East, Africa, Asia, Europe and Australia.
