Timothy Michael O'Grady

Timothy O’Grady is a PhD candidate at Curtin University Sustainable Policy (CUSP) institute. Starting out as a plumber before supervising large scale commercial projects he completed a degree in Construction Management at Curtin University before being offered a PhD position. He has designed and delivered the Legacy Living Lab, a circular economy modular building prototype in close collaboration with his colleague Roberto Minuno under the supervision of Professor Greg Morrison. The Legacy Living Lab has had support from local and international business and aims to promote circular economy in construction to reduce material depletion and landfill. He has a keen interest in modular construction and the sustainable built environment.
