Toby Greany

My interests include system reform and system leadership, school leadership and improvement and the nature and impact of evidence based practice.

Before joining the IOE I was Acting Executive Director - Leadership Development and Director - Research and Development at the National College for Teaching and Leadership (formerly the National College for School Leadership) for seven years.

Before joining the College I worked at the Design Council, the Campaign for Learning and the Cabinet Office, and I taught in Brazil, China and the UK.

From 2005-2006 I was Special Advisor to the Education and Skills Select Committee.
