Tony Yates

I am a reader in Economics at the University of Bristol, and member of the Centre for Macroeconomics [sponsored by the LSE, UCL and BoE]. I worked for 20 years at the Bank of England in its Monetary Analysis directorate, the part of the Bank devoted to the setting of monetary policy. My research and study interests span: monetary economics, in particular monetary policy design; applied time series econometrics; computational economics.
