Trish Ruebottom is an associate professor of strategic management at the Goodman School of Business, Brock University. Her research interests lie at the intersection of social innovation and human agency. Specifically, she explores the discursive processes through which organizations engage with stakeholders to legitimize their efforts and change perceptions. She is currently exploring the paradoxical role of storytelling in both mobilizing marginalized communities and maintaining positions of power.
