Nutritional Epidemiologist and Associate Professor of Public Health, University of Wollongong

Vicki Flood is an Associate Professor in Public Health, from the School of Health Sciences, University of Wollongong. Vicki has a background in nutrition and epidemiology and currently conducts research on a wide range of population-based projects, including cohorts and intervention studies. Areas of particular interest include: lifestyle factors associated with healthier outcomes among older people, including eye disease; food access, availability and food security; interventions to reduce chronic disease among children and adults, including workplace based interventions; and supporting indigenous health research. Vicki has published over 90 peer-reviewed journal articles and is an advisory group member for several research groups.
