Business Development Director at Nevada Advanced Autonomous Systems Innovation Center, University of Nevada, Reno

LtCol (ret) Warren Rapp retired from the Nevada Air National Guard after serving in military for 26 years. He started off his career as a Marine pilot for ten years, then switched to the Nevada Air Guard for the last 16 years. He flew helicopters, fixed wing aircraft as an instructor in Navy Flight School, C-130s for the Nevada Air Guard, and finally unmanned aircraft at Creech AFB in Southern Nevada.

Upon retirement, LtCol (ret) Rapp accepted a position with the Nevada Institute for Unmanned Systems (NIAS) and was tasked with setting up FAA UAV testing operations in Northern Nevada.

Now at the University of Nevada Reno's Advanced Autonomous Systems Innovation Center (NAASIC), he seeks to establish local, state and international business collaborations in the development of advanced autonomous systems.
