Lecturer and PhD Candidate UCT Graduate School of Business, University of Cape Town

I am a lecturer and PhD candidate at the UCT Graduate School of Business. I lecture and supervise student research in Development Finance Centre at the UCT Graduate School of Business. My PhD research is in the field of organisation studies, specifically the organisation of investment markets.

Professionally, I am a Chartered Development Finance Analyst (CDFA) of the Chartered Institute of Development Finance (CIDEF). I am also elected trustee of the UCT Retirement Fund. Prior to joining the UCTGSB I spent 2 years as the Head of the African network of the United Nations - Supported Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI). Prior to this I spent over 8 years in the pension fund industry as an analyst and investment consultant to South African pension funds and other institutional investors.
