Xuechunzi Bai is a graduate student researcher at Princeton University Department of Psychology and School of Public and International Affairs. She studies social cognition, especially on how humans learn stereotypes.

Her current projects investigate the origin and evolution of social stereotypes, with a focus on the interaction between individual cognition and environmental samples, from sociological, experimental, and computational perspectives.
