Yannick Thams is an Associate Professor of Strategy and International Business at Florida Atlantic University. Prior to her appointment at FAU in fall 2020, she was an Associate Professor at Suffolk University in Boston.
Her research takes a comparative lens and focuses on examining the interplay between institutions at various levels and firms’ global strategy and strategic leadership. Her latest work explores the impact of political ideology on corporate decision-making. She has published in top and leading academic outlets including the Journal of World Business, the Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, the Journal of Business Research, Asia Pacific Journal of Management, and Global Strategy Journal. She currently serves on the editorial review board of Small Business Economics.
