PhD Candidate in Geography, University of Leeds

Zac Taylor studies the intersections between finance, real estate, and property development. His work focuses on how climate change and catastrophe risk shape real estate development and property re/insurance markets in Florida cities. Zac is also part of a collaborative project evaluating the transformation of the U.S. housing system after the Global Financial Crisis. He holds degrees in urban planning from the London School of Economics and UC Berkeley, and has collaborated extensively with non-profit design and development organizations including Architecture for Humanity and the U.S. Green Building Council.
