Traditional Chinese medicine and type 2 diabetes care

Type 2 diabetes patients treated with traditional Chinese medicine alongside anti-diabetic drugs are a third less likely to experience hypoglycaemia, fatigue and hunger.

The findings have been presented by researchers from The University of Queensland and Peking University, who are conducting the largest scientific study to trial the treatment value of Chinese medicines.
