Engage for Education is part of the National Education Service Roadshow. This event offers practitioners the opportunity to have their say on the principles of the NES to ensure they are developed with the shared skills and knowledge of teachers and professionals in the sector. The principles of the NES will underpin the development of new education policies by the Shadow Education team.

Following the policy forum, join us for professional development workshops co-designed and co-presented by research-engaged teachers and leading educational researchers. Sessions include:
- Building new teacher resilience
- Inclusive education & early career preparation
- Supporting the inquiring professional
- Teacher development for school improvement: the University Schools Model, Manchester
- School-to-school collaboration: leading cluster-based school improvement
Attendees will have the opportunity to:
- Contribute to a national consultation on policy development for schools
- Develop research literacy and build skills in professional enquiry
- Build capacity to use evidence to support improvement action
- Network and share good practice between schools and across phases
- Identify shared challenges and plan collaborative improvement projects with colleagues and academics
