Australian workplaces will need to manage increasingly diverse workplaces according to new research by Griffith University academics. The research suggests that workplaces with a diversity of the sexes, older and younger employees and number of workers born overseas will be able to harness the variety of skills and experience of their workforce to realise improvements in capacity.
