Food bribes contribute to obesity in kids

Using food to bribe children could result in childhood obesity, new research has discovered.

Children who were bribed by their parents with food in exchange for good behaviour were shown to have higher body mass indexes.

Researchers, while understanding the difficulties of parenting, hope that parents will take the discovery into consideration when disciplining their children.
