The Canadian University of Bangladesh (CUB) is confident that it can fulfil the dreams of Bangladesh’s ambitious students by “inspiring applied knowledge”. It has started its journey in 2016 after obtaining the required approvals from the Bangladesh Government and now it intends to spread a brand of “applied knowledge” knowledge that differentiates it from other Universities in Bangladesh. Our aim is to deliver a high quality North American standard of university level education in South Asia. This will open a gateway for our students to pursue higher education on a global scale.
We inspire our young talents with the promise of a background in applied knowledge. Our academic programs are focused on high demand, career areas, We employ various techniques of teaching methodology to achieve the educational goals of our students.
CUB is located in the heart of Dhaka with a state of the art academic infrastructure and amenities. Each of our academic programs is inspired by its respective the North American curriculum and set of educational principles. This gives our students the opportunity to obtain a North American standard of education that will help them create their unique identity in the global environment. North American, especially Canadian, and Bangladeshi values of quality and friendship are reflected everywhere on our campus. The diversity of our student community builds bridges across cultures and continents.

Our faculty members come from diverse, multicultural backgrounds and bring their unique teaching styles and philosophies to the classroom. Our flexible evening and weekend course schedules mean that students can fit their studies around both personal and professional commitments. Students are also involved in many different types of social activities, including community fundraising, team building, and networking events.
