Leeds Trinity University

Leeds Trinity University’s history dates back to the early 1960s when the two original Catholic teacher training colleges were founded in Leeds: Trinity College for women, and All Saints College for men. Leeds Trinity was founded as a teacher training college, and whilst the Institution continues to be renowned for the high standard of its teacher training, provision has expanded and diversified to include thriving departments of Media, Film and Culture; Journalism; Business, Management and Marketing; Psychology; Sport, Health and Nutrition. Leeds Trinity continues to develop its courses and was one of the first places in the UK to offer degrees in Forensic Psychology and Sports Journalism.
