São Paulo School of Business Administration (FGV/EAESP)

The São Paulo School of Business Administration of the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV EAESP) was created in 1954, by the joint effort of the government and the Brazilian business community, with the collaboration of Michigan State University, aiming to train people to face the challenges that the Brazil passed.

It was a period of accelerated growth, with technological changes, international contacts and the emergence of new economic powers. In this scenario, the School played a fundamental role in preparing and updating the country’s business capacity, working to meet the emerging demand for executive training and accompanying the phase of intense industrial development that was beginning.

Since then, FGV EAESP has continually improved to meet the demands of the academic and business communities, creating and implementing new courses and services in various sectors.
