Barramundi - an iconic Australian fish - could be highly vulnerable to climate change in coming decades. Research is underway to identify what the threats will be, both to the species and the fishery that relies on it. Along with work on which characteristics of the fish will help it best survive, these findings should help manage and preserve the fishery.
