Abhinav Nellore is an assistant professor of computational biology between the Department of Biomedical Engineering and the Department of Surgery at Oregon Health & Science University in Portland. His research focuses on improving queryability of large publicly available genomics datasets with primary applications in cancer immunotherapy and early detection. He earned his PhD in physics from Princeton University and did postdoctoral work at the University of California, San Francisco and Johns Hopkins University.
