Adam Hodges is a linguistic anthropologist and adjunct assistant professor at the University of Colorado Boulder who writes about language and politics. His books include "When Words Trump Politics: Resisting a Hostile Regime of Language" (2019, Stanford University Press), "The ‘War on Terror’ Narrative" (2011, Oxford University Press), and "Discourses of War & Peace" (2013, Oxford University Press). His articles have appeared in the American Anthropologist, Discourse & Society, Language & Communication, Language in Society, and the Journal of Linguistic Anthropology.
