Dr. Agata Mirowska is Assistant Professor of Human Resources Management and Organizational Behavior at NEOMA Business School. Agata studies the role of moral foundations theory in tyrannical leadership perceptions.
She also focuses on the role of technology in the workplace, and in particular, on people’s reactions to artificial intelligence taking on tasks and roles traditionally held by humans. She has published in and reviews for outlets such as Human Resource Management Journal and Journal of Business Ethics.
