Aimee Pink

I am currently a Research Fellow working in the Appetite and Inter-group Relations lab at Nanyang Technological University. I also hold an honorary Research Fellow position at Swansea University.

My primary research focus is on the mechanisms that underpin emotional eating. Specfically I look at the role of alexithymia (emotional dysregulation), impulsivity and affect in emotional eating and its impact on BMI. More recently I have also begun to examine the role body image plays in eating behaviours.
