I graduated with a PhD in Antarctic sea ice remote sensing from the University of Tasmania in 2011. Since that time, I have completed several postdoctoral fellowships in Australia (Antarctic Climate & Ecosystems Cooperative Research Centre, University of Tasmania) and Japan (Institute of Low Temperature Science, Hokkaido University) studying how remote sensing can inform us about the state and changes in the cryosphere. I now work at the Australian Antarctic Program Partnership, studying changes in Antarctica sea ice.
