My main research interests concern online fraud awareness and prevention. Specifically, my current research project aims to identify the human factors in decision making that may make individuals vulnerable to cyber-attacks. The output of this project will be principles of best practice for both employees and the general public to utilise when engaging with potentially fraudulent messages online.
Other recently completed projects and areas of research include the use of technology to support learning and engage students in higher education.
