Ali Akyol

Ali Akyol is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Finance at the University of Melbourne. Ali has obtained his PhD in Finance from the University of Alabama.

Ali's research focuses on corporate governance and specifically on boards of directors. In his research, he mainly examines how boards are structured, how they work, how regulations affect boards, and how these preceding issues affect firm value.
