PhD Student, Psychology, Brock University

Alison is completing her PhD in Psychology at Brock University. She studies the development of truth and lie-telling behaviours, how to promote honesty, how individuals detect lies, and how honest and dishonest reports are perceived in legal settings. Alison is particularly interested in examining these patterns from a lifespan perspective, with an interest in how lie-telling emerges throughout childhood and how it shifts throughout adulthood.
