Dr. Alison Paradis is an Associate Professor in the department of psychology at the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM). She is a licensed clinical psychologist working with children and parents. Dr. Paradis conducts research in the area of couple and family dynamics, trauma, and quantitative methodology. Her projects center on developing and implementing innovative instruments, research designs, and advanced data-analytic strategies for the study of couple and family relationships. She is a member of the Interdisciplinary Research Centre on Intimate Relationship Problems and Sexual Abuse (CRIPCAS) and of the Sexual Violence and Health Research Team (EVISSA).
