Dr. Amir M. Kamel is a Lecturer in Defense, Security and International Studies at the Defense Studies Department, King’s College London at the Joint Service Command and Staff College, Defense Academy of the UK. His research interests lie in the overlap between Economics and Politics, and how their dialectic relationship can help resolve conflict. He has over two years combined experience of working as an analyst for an international economic consultancy organization and as a member of the steering committee for a nuclear policy focused NGO.
